1) Call us to get on the schedule
2) Pay your deposit here on the website and then pay remainder once your half or whole pig is ready
3) Clear freezer space to make room for your pork!
We try to make buying halves and wholes as easy as possible. You don't have to worry about finding a pig, scheduling with the processors, filling out the cut sheet, or picking up the pork. We will take care of all the details!
We charge $7.50 per pound for halves and wholes.
(If you decide to get bones and/or fat back, we charge $3.00 per pound for bones and fat)
Expect to get roughly 125-175 pounds of pork.
